The main aim of our project is to introduce young
children to the basic concepts of archeology in a fun and exciting way,
promoting an early interest in history, culture and exploration. Through
an archeology themed project, children of Kindergarten students can: learn to
understand what archeology is and how archaeologists study ancient objects, be
able to explore the culture of past times through findings, understand the
diversity of cultures and express their creativity through activities such as
the discovery and reconstruction of ancient objects.
